Hot Mix Asphalt
From simple patch repairs to the complete removal and replacement or new installation, we love to do it all. We have all the machinery required to complete both large and small scale jobs. Our past Asphalt projects have included driveways, approaches, parking lots, speed bumps, trenches, tracks made for running located inside schools, street roadways, as well as the paving the base located under concrete street roadways. Why Hot Mix Asphalt instead of Cold Mix? Cold mix is much weaker than Hot mix. Hot mix is installed at high temperatures which allows it to bond together once compacted. Cold mix smudges when weight presses on its surface
Concrete
When we take on each job, we focus on every stage in detail. All stages are equally important to result in a successful product. Before starting our projects, we inspect the strength of the base-foundation to proceed on to preparation. We do grading, excavating, rebar, you name it, everything until the very last nail is in. Once a job is prepared, we are ready to install the required materials. After installation comes the finishing stage, we complete it by using the necessary tools to comply with the agreement made by our partners and us. Before leaving a site, we make sure to ask our partners for a walkthrough and determine completion with a handshake. Our past Concrete projects have included sidewalks, driveways, approaches, parking lots, speed bumps, trenches, peer/beam foundations, ADA compliant ramps and bridges.
Seal Coat & Striping
When going into a striping job we machine sweep entire parking lots, machine blow debris and scrub certain areas with metal brushes to prepare the site for striping or seal coat application. We also do this for tack application when a complete Asphalt overlay resurfacing is required. Our past Striping projects have included firelane marking, parking spot lines and “reserved” or “visitor” markers, blacktop seal coating, restriping current layouts, hot crack fill installations, handicap markers with sign and posts.
